Lio Mongzar, also known as Liose Sangtam, is a dynamic entrepreneur and the Proprietor of Cookie Corner in Chare Town. Hailing from Longkhitpeh Village in the Chare circle of Tuensang district, Lio’s journey is a testament to resilience, strategic vision, and community-focused business.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Unity College, Dimapur, and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Pune University, Maharashtra. Following his post-graduation, Lio faced the widespread challenge of unemployment. Rather than waiting for an opportunity, he channeled his focus into market research and identified a significant gap in his local economy: the complete absence of a bakery in and around Chare Town. Recognizing this untapped potential, he decisively pivoted into the food industry and officially established Cookie Corner on April 16, 2022.
