Payments for verification services are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. Razorpay enables users to complete transactions using various payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported payment options.

Once a payment is successfully completed through Razorpay, the verification process may begin immediately. Because verification involves administrative review, platform processing, and system updates, payments made for verification services are generally non-refundable.

Users are encouraged to carefully review the service details before completing any payment. By proceeding with payment, users acknowledge that they understand the nature of the verification service and agree to the terms of the verification process.

In cases where a technical error, duplicate transaction, or unintended payment occurs during the payment process, users may contact the platform administrators to request a review of the transaction. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis where a genuine payment issue can be verified.

If a refund is approved after review, the refund will be processed through the original payment method using Razorpay’s refund mechanism. The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the user’s account may vary depending on the policies of the user’s bank or payment provider.

Nagaland Profiles is not responsible for delays, payment failures, or technical issues that originate from external payment networks, banking institutions, or third-party services used during the transaction process.

Users who believe they have encountered a payment issue may contact the platform support team with relevant transaction details, including the payment reference or Razorpay transaction ID, so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved promptly.
